K. K. Hebbar (Kattingeri Krishna Hebbar) (15 June 1911–26 March 1996)
K. K. Habbar is particularly known for strong illustrations. He also illustrated the rural environment as well as the dancers and dance performances. He also received dance education from Pandit Sundarlal, the teacher of Kathak dance. He was influenced by classical music and folk music.
These French artists were also highly influenced by Goga and Pal Sejan.
K. K. Habbar also used to do paintings and graffiti. They have been considered the "bridge between modern art and folk art".
He was born in a small village "Kant Giri" in Karnataka.
He completed his education from JJ School of Art. After completing his art education, he also taught at the JJ School of Art.

After this he became a commercial painter.
K. K. Habbar was a painter as well as an emotional poet and writer.
In addition to Life of Art, and Life of Simple City, he published many other research papers.
KK Habbar was also awarded by the National Academy of Fine Arts. And was also a member of the National Academy of Fine Arts.
He was also the President of the National Academy of Fine Arts from 1980 to 1984.
The National Academy of Fine Arts also published an album on his paintings and a monograph on his personality and work.
He was awarded the Padma Shri in 1961, the Padma Bhushan in 1989 and the Maharashtra Gaurav Samman in 1990.
