Today is World Art Day: In whose honor is this day celebrated?

 

Today is World Art Day (15 April).

World Arts Day is an international celebration of the fine arts that was announced by the International Associations of Art (IAA) to promote awareness of creative activity around the world. 

It was first celebrated in 2012.
